In this clip we wrap up the differences in appearance in diffuse lighting and cover how each of these 7 varieties of lower girdle facet length differ when it comes to observing fire and sparkle scintillation in the spot lighting environment. I like this part best probably because I like to observe fire and sparkle. 
Are pictures taken with a higher resolution have better quality than the lower ones?
I have a Nokia 5300 and i really want to know if pictures taken with a higher resolution have better quality than with the lower ones, say 1024 x 768 against 640 x 480. I took 2 shots of an image with the mentioned resolution and i tried to compare them. I think 640 has better quality than 1024. For a fairer comparison, I resized the 1024 picture using adobe photoshop 7.0 and made its resolution to 640 and compared it with the 640 image taken from my cellphone. Still, i think the quality of the original 640 image is better than the resized 1024 image. But i want to be sure! Please help me. Thanks!
