Nokia 6300 or Samsung U800 – which one is better?
When choosing a cellphone, it is always helpful to compare. Although quite similar aesthetically, the Nokia 6300 and the Samsung U800 have some technical differences, and it is important to know what they are so you can make an informed decision on what will suit your needs and wants the best.
To begin, we will look into memory. Although both phones can hold up to 1000 phone book entries, the Samsung can hold 30 dialed, received and missed call records, while the Nokia will only hold 20 of each. This may not be a deal breaker for some, but for those who like to keep track of their calls, this small difference can be very important. The former also has 1GB of internal memory, and an 8GB card slot; the latter has an internal memory of just 7.8MB and a 2GB card slot.
Both of these phones have quite a few features to offer. For instance, they both offer SMS, MMS, and email. However, there may be a bit of a trade off, as U800 offers EMS, while the 6300 has an instant messaging feature. Both phones have downloadable games, MIDP 2.0 Java, and a smoothly running WAP 2.0/xHTML browser. Both cellphones offer radio; the Nokia has stereo FM and visual radio; Samsung, stereo FM with RDS.
The appearance of cameras in cellphones has become almost compulsory; however, the speed, quality and overall feel of the camera can vary widely, and the need for such features can also vary in importance to each user. The Nokia 2 megapixel camera sports six resolutions the top being 1600×1200 (large enough to print a 6×4 inch photo), down to 160×120. However, it does not have a dedicated activation key and no flash, which may be bothersome to some people. Samsung, on the other hand, has a 3 megapixal camera which takes pictures and video that can easily be uploaded to websites and blogs using Shozu software. It also has a 3.15 megapixal resolution, and LED flash.
From music to ringtones, sound is also of high importance to modern cellphones. The U800 device can play the majority of the most frequently used media formats, such as MP3 files, WMA and AAC; 5800 can play MP3s as well. In addition to that it also plays MP4 and WAV files, and it also utilizes MP3 files for ringtones as well as polyphonic and video sounds. Ringtones for the Samsung phone use polyphonic and MP3s, too, and you can also create and download customizable sounds for your cellphone.
In summation, the two handsets are very similar in both style and operation. However, the minor differences may make a fairly large impact. For instance, if you are a photo enthusiast, you may prefer the higher quality and large amount of space available on the Samsung U800 phone. On the other hand, you may simply like the idea of having a camera handy for spontaneous picture taking, in which case, the Nokia 6300 would work just fine. Whatever your preferences are, both phones are equally praised for their high quality and aesthetic appeal.

Are pictures taken with a higher resolution have better quality than the lower ones?
I have a Nokia 5300 and i really want to know if pictures taken with a higher resolution have better quality than with the lower ones, say 1024 x 768 against 640 x 480. I took 2 shots of an image with the mentioned resolution and i tried to compare them. I think 640 has better quality than 1024. For a fairer comparison, I resized the 1024 picture using adobe photoshop 7.0 and made its resolution to 640 and compared it with the 640 image taken from my cellphone. Still, i think the quality of the original 640 image is better than the resized 1024 image. But i want to be sure! Please help me. Thanks!
Buy Golf Clubs Online And Get A Better Deal
Do you play golf? If I was a betting man I would hazard a guess that you do or why would you be reading this? Furthermore I would also bet that you buy new golf clubs from time to time, and I guess you talk to your buddies, visit a couple of stores and then lay out your money for the club that takes your fancy. I would ask why?
I play golf, a lot of golf. I am not a professional golfer and I don’t think I would want to be, I don’t like flying for one! What I am is an ordinary guy with a passion for the game of golf and to further break it down a passion for the short game. For instance, did you know that the majority of golf shots are played from 120 yards? One hundred and twenty yards, that’s it. You play the most golf from that distance and yet I would wonder, what importance do you place on your wedge play?
The golf wedges are the scoring clubs, from 120 yards you are using a pitching wedge, from 100 yards you are using a gap wedge and so on. These clubs are firing your ball into the green where you make your putt. If you can pepper the green with balls two feet away from the pin will you be making more putts? more birdies? I think so. So why then does nearly every golfer rush out and buy the latest driver?
Like I said earlier I play a lot of golf, purely because I like it. I use four wedges in my game from a pitching wedge down to a lob wedge. I have used wedges from Titleist, Callaway, Ping and Wilson to name but a few. I am not made of money but I like to try every club I can lay my hands on and without my computer I would have to forego a lot of pleasure.
I buy all my clubs which as I say, are mostly wedges, onine. I haven’t bought a new wood or driver for several years, and my game hasn’t suffered. All these wedges come from auction sites, one in particular, no names, no pack drill and it is this simple fact that allows me to test out virtually any club that I want to and for very little money overall.
The great thing about buying my clubs online is that prices are fairly stable so if I get a club and can’t get it to work for me I’ll sell it to a buddy, one of the guys or girls at my golf club or simply list it in an online auction and sell it there. Golfers are a great community and always looking for a club of some kind so when I sell I sometimes make a little profit. Every ones a winner!
For a whole range of golf wedges available online visit the link at the bottom and thanks for spending some time with me.

What Is Better A Candle Or Fragrance Oil?
What is better a candle or fragrance oil?

A Bargain Is No Bargain If It Looks Better On The Hanger Than It Does On You
Do you ever wish that you could really ‘bag a bargain’ in the current deluge of sales and discounts that are being offered on virtually every high street? Obtaining value for money is crucial in today’s uncertain economic climate.
It is important to remember that the true value of an item is not actually how much you paid for it but the number of times you will be able to wear it. The more you wear an item by being able to mix and match it with several outfits, the lower the cost per wear becomes. Even if you purchase a slightly higher-priced item but wear it over and over again you will have found yourself a true bargain. Something bought at a discount but either never or hardly ever worn will be a complete waste of your hard-earned money.
There are a few simple matters you should always consider when tracking down that stylish sale steal. Never buy anything that you would not pay full price for and remember that it’s only a true bargain if you can see yourself wearing it on a least three occasions. If you don’t really need it in the first place, then don’t buy it! Always check the washing label because if you have to dry clean your best white shirt every week it will become a very expensive buy in the long-run.
It is always far better to walk away with one perfect piece than bags full of clothes that you will hardly ever wear. Some of the best items to search out from an investment point of view are coats, suits, tailored trousers and shoes or boots in classic styles that will work year after year regardless of fashion trends. Do try to always try every item on to check it fits properly and looks good on your body shape. This should help you to avoid falling into the trap of buying things that look good on a hanger but not on you!
Trying to decide which are the best buys for you can be daunting but by visiting an image consultant for a full style and colour consultation where you will learn exactly which colours and styles suit your bodyshape and lifestyle should set you up for a lifetime of worthwhile and pleasurable shopping.

iPhone vs Blackberry – Which is Better
iPhone vs. Blackberry: Which is Better?
With the release of the new iPhone G3, the debate arises again. Which is better, the iPhone or the Blackberry? The question is not just acaemic to iPhone developers and the customers who use both brands.
With high feature models like the Blackberry Storm and all kind of publicity as the “first” smartphone, Blackberry holds a huge chunk of the market still. While iPhone has made inroads, in the buttoned up business market, the Blackberry still dominates.
When it comes to size, there is little to quibble about. The Blackberries are slightly smaller, the iPhone slimmer, and to most customers, especially iPhone application developers and users, the size is not fundamentally different.
Browsing Experience
However, the web browser on the iPhone is a quality experience. Using the Safari mobile device with the G3 upgrades, getting online is faster than with any of the other smartphone. With the new speed upgrades, iPhone definetly has the speed advantage over the Blackberry.
The new autofill features populate boxes quickly and require less typing – always a benefit on a phone.
Some argue that the iPhone also displays websites with complex elements better than the Storm as well.
If you’re a heavy email user on your smartphone, then even an iPhone developer will likely give the edge to the Storm. The Blackberry line is fundamentally a communication system, and is a superior messaging device.
The Storm allows the user to work with all email addresses in a single mailbox dedicated to all messaging. If you want to address individual email addresses separately, you can also take that route, but you are able to work with all of them in one in-box – a time saver for many people.
Missed call and text messaging alerts also show up in the unified mailbox, another time saving device.
Multi Tasking
One area where iPhone concedes that they don’t excel is in multi-tasking. Although the iPhone G3 added cut and paste ability, it still doesn’t have multi-tasking features. Apple says they have avoided this feature because of the battery drain, and Blackberrys such as the Storm do have battery issues.
However, even iPhone app developers like the Storm’s ability to have several apps open at once and flip easily between them.
Multimedia
The iPhone shines in the multimedia player area, which is not news to any iPhone game developers or iPhone users. With the new G3 ability to shoot video and the iPod quality audio and video players.
The music quality is outstanding and the video seamless.
The iTunes store experience also elevates the iPhone far ahead of the Storm. Although the Storm offers over the air applications as well, they’re hard to find. With the unified store for iPhone applications, iPhone developers have a single place to find customers, and customers have a single place to find every application available for the device.
WiFi
The Storm’s lack of connectivity to WiFi networks is a glaring omission in the usability of the device. iPhone’s ability to take advantage of wifi networks wherever it is makes it more of a mini computer and less like a mobile device.
