I need to buy some golf clubs, where do i start?
I am going to play golf for my school this fall. I have no idea how to play. But I’m going to learn. But before all that, I need equiptment. I found some clubs on clearance for 119.99 original 345.99. They’re ladies right hand, 18 piece set, Produced by Cougar, the X-Cat series. Is this a good deal?? Are they crappy clubs? Or are they sufficient for a beginner? Or should i spend a little more to get better quality?? And if so, what would you recomend?
Thank You for your time, and your help! It’s greatly appreciated!
I would like to start an online women’s clothing store & need to know the average startup costs?
I would like to start small to moderate and I want to eventually get into mens & childrens clothing. I have already started rough drafting my business plan and I just need to find out more about the financial aspect of this.
Should I start wearing women’s clothes and shoes to work?
I’m a sissy transvestite. I wish I wasn’t but I have tried to accept the fact that I’ll never be a “real man.” Part of that acceptance was committing to regurlarly shaving my legs and wearing panties every day. Unfortuately, a coworker recently somehow noticed that I was wearing panties and it is now very obvious that she told everyone in the office. The whole situation has been extremely humiliating for me at work and I am wondering if I should just give in completely and start wearing women’s jeans and pants, tops, and women’s shoes and boots.
Write Fashion Articles With Ease, And Start Walking Down The Article Runway To Success
We all know that fashion is an enormous industry to talk about, and when it comes to writing fashion articles, you want to ensure that you can create vibrant and interesting content for your targeted readers!
Good fashion writers create a buzz on the latest fashion apparel and accessories, and they quickly create many trends! When you start to utilize the same skills these professional authors use, you can easily become the authority in your desired field.
Whether you’re creating a fashion article for a clothing review, runway event, and even a new up-and-coming designer looking to get some exposure, to make sure you develop the best article possible, there are some steps that should be taken to make your content become attractive to your reading audience.
Human Emotions Are What Creates Trends, And Drives The Fashion Industry, Not To Mention Money As Well!
I’m sure you have read several of the top fashion magazine articles, and if you pay close attention, you will certainly notice the message they are trying to convey! The obvious message that many of us pick up is that select fashion designers and clothing companies are selling the vision of how good you would look in their apparel, which is a message that would motivate me to buy their product, but that’s not the primary message.
When you read their articles with detailed attention, they are trying to hit on the individual reader’s emotions that we all dream of, and that’s being someone else! Many will deny this comment if you brought it up in a conversation, but it’s a true fact, that at some point in your life you would like to be someone else, whether it be a Brad Pitt, Pamela Anderson, or the lead singer of your favorite band, and smart fashion conscious writers jump on this emotion very quickly!
Human emotions are what drive product sales, whether it’s selling clothing, or new cars. We know what we need, but sometimes we not always know what we want. You as a fashion writer will be utilizing your writing skills and knowledge to capitalize on these human emotions, and tell them why they should buy an unknown designer’s Maternity Fashion, or why they should purchase brand name handbags from your web site that are available in every shopping mall in America.
Answer All The Readers Questions, And You’re One Step Closer To Winning Them Over!
When I search for information on the Internet, my goal is to have many questions answered, whether I’m searching for intimate apparel for my wife, or a good pair of jeans for my casual nights out on the town. However, if you tell me the jeans are 100% cotton, they come in many styles and colors, and they’re a really good bargain if purchase them here online, chances are I would be saying to myself, tell me something I don’t already know, and I already read three other articles saying the same thing.
I would rather read that these incredible one of kind jeans were exclusive to your company or website (if they truly are, no fibbing now), or they’re a new designer’s fashion creation that is taking the clothing industry by storm, and when you put a pair of these uniquely designed and extremely comfortable jeans on, they will make my waist look several inches smaller, and feel extremely comfortable using only 100% of the worlds finest cotton. If you have a pair of those jeans, drop me a line and I will buy a pair of them, or maybe even two if you have several colors available!
Remember that emotion drives our economy, and even though we know what our necessities are, we want to look and feel better, and we want the items to help us achieve this goal! When you start to figure out all the human emotions that create our impulses to buy certain desired attire and name brand accessories, you will have the writing success that will be unstoppable on the fashion article runway!
Should You Start a New Business In 2010?
If you have ever wanted to open a new business then 2010 might just be your year.
Many people have taken career paths where self employment is a natural progression. You can have a great idea such as the Frisbee, a talent such as an artist, or a skill like a physician. Whatever the situation, you want to be your own boss. This is a good thing. Small business drives the economy; every business whether the local dry cleaner or Dell was started by someone like you.
Before you quit your day job and take the plunge into entrepreneurship here are 10 thoughts to consider.
1. Do you have a passion for what you are going to do? You will need to bounce out of bed each day, self motivating yourself to accomplish a daily work plan to achieve daily goals. You will have to take action solely on your own volition. There are hundreds of things that won’t get done unless you do them. As your own boss, that zone out hour to work on your fantasy football team will be a thing of the past.
2. Can you delegate and accept advice? Running a business requires the performance of dozens of simultaneous tasks, and it’s foolish to try to handle them all yourself. You must surround yourself with partners and employees whom you can trust to perform these tasks as you would yourself. You will need to be able dish out responsibility without worrying over the result. You will need advice and counsel from experienced business people to guide you as the business grows.
3. Are you ready to work harder than ever? Starting a business is easy, right? Wrong! If you think working for someone else is hard work, try starting your own business. You will be required to give every ounce of blood, sweat and tears you can muster. You will have to work long hours and be on call 24/7, at least in the beginning. You think you can take a sick day or a vacation? Who is going to run the business?
4. Are you customer focused? You are the customer satisfaction department and problem solver. As an entrepreneur, you will understand the cliché “The customer is King or Queen!” Can you figure out how to appease your customer when the shipment from Chicago gets delayed three days because of a snowstorm? Be polite to people and living by another cliché “Treat people as you want to be treated” will make being customer focused the center of your business model.
5. Can you sell? Every business needs to sell a product or service. Without a sale, there is no way to make money. Even though customers are the lifeblood of every business, you’d be surprised at how many entrepreneurs hate this aspect of doing business. Do you cringe at the thought of cold-calling (walking into a business and asking to speak to the owner)? Can you pick up the phone, call a prospect and ask for an appointment without breaking into a cold sweat? If you are not comfortable selling, you should keep your job or look for one.
6. Are you a forward thinker and detailed? According to the Small Business Administration, two-thirds of new businesses survive for at least two years, and only 44 percent survive at least four years. They fail because they do not plan. You will need to write a business plan and do financial forecasts even if you do not need funding.
7. Can you handle rejection? If your feelings are easily hurt, work for someone else. Many days in business, rejection waits around every corner, and you must be able to handle rejection without letting it beat you down. You will experience rejection from customers, business partners, bankers and investors, just to name a few.
8. Do you interact well with others? Being a business owner means that you will have daily interaction with a variety of folks, from your own employees to vendors to customers to investors. You must have the ability to manage people effectively without offending them; the ability to accept good advice from mentors and politely discount the bad; the ability to overlook mistakes or quietly rectify them; and one of the most difficult: the ability to tolerate incompetence without losing your cool.
9. Do you have financial backing? You have a great idea or service. Your business plan is perfect. You might feel there is no way a lender can turn you down. The reality is that most lenders want a proven concept and during these times the lender will want you to answer this question: “Should your company go under, how to I get my loan back?” Before you start your business, you should have enough capital to see you through the first year or until the business can sustain itself. So be prepared to sell the boat, your jewelry, or ask Aunty Anne for a loan (and get the terms in writing).
10. Do you have experience in the type of business you plan to start? If you can’t locate your car’s engine, you have no business buying a Lube-N-Go franchise. The most successful business owners have prior experience in the industry in which they have set up shop.
And here’s one extra tip to consider- As mentioned earlier, you are the customer service department, but also, the marketing planner, the accountant, the inventory control specialist, the head of HR, the chief copywriter, and the sales strategist. If you need help in any area consider a business advisor to walk you through the maze.
At the end of the day, if you have what it takes to start your own business in 2010, then I strongly urge you to jump into the entrepreneur pool with both feet.

Buying Golf Clubs For The Beginner GolferâWhere To Start?
Tiger Woods has had a tremendous impact on the popularity of the game of golf. Many new golfers, young and old, are learning and loving this great sport. This has been great for the golf equipment manufacturers with many new customers to buy golf clubs, bags, golf shoes, accessories and more.
But for the many new golfers coming into the sport, it can be confusing at best when it comes to buying clubs. First of all, the choices and variety of clubs offered today are mind boggling, even to more experienced golfers. Cavity back, oversize, graphite shafts for steel, offset or not, and so on and so on.
For years, golf had what I believed was the negative misperception that it was only for the rich and privileged. And if you look at what you can spend on golf clubs today, itâs easy to see why that perception might have been there. To buy a complete new set of golf clubs and golf bag, you can easily spend upwards of $3,000 if you arenât careful.
So what is a beginning golfer to do? How can they figure out how to buy clubs without breaking the bank and have some money left for actually playing the game?
Well there are a few basics that I recommend. Now bear in mind, if money is no object, then you may choose to ignore the rest of this article. But for those of you like me where you need to watch what you spend, then keep reading and find some sanity.
First of all, my biggest recommendation for new golfers is to avoid going out and spending a lot of money on a brand new, complete set of golf clubs from the big name manufacturers. There are some great clubs out there from companies like Callaway, TaylorMade, Cleveland, and so on. And at some point, I think it can help your game to buy those clubs. But when you are starting out, I donât recommend it.
So where and what should you buy if you follow the advice in the previous paragraph? Well, my recommendation is to go one of two routes depending on your budget. If you have a little more to spend, I would recommend buying a used set of brand name clubs. Ebay of course is a great place to shop. But the Internet retail sites are now also starting to offer used Callaway, used TaylorMade and other big name clubs at very reasonable prices.
But this may still be outside what you have to spend. In this case, you can still get quality clubs at budget prices. There are a number of quality âlow budgetâ clubs that arenât household names like the big guys. And you can find them at many sites on the web. The bigger key is probably to make sure that you buy them from a reliable site that has a good return policy and good warranties.
Now there is also another option that takes a little more work but can really pay off. And that is looking for used brand name clubs from âformerâ golfers or at many of the used equipment retail stores like Play It Again Sports.  Many people have spent a lot of money on golf clubs only to give up the game for a variety of reasons. And that means that there are some nice sets of golf clubs in closets, garages, and stores just waiting for you to snatch them up for a steal.
But whatever you do in purchasing your first set of golf clubs, the main thing is to enjoy the game and not let the purchase of those clubs get in the way.

Starting A Chevy K/c 1500? It Wont Start?
I have a Chevy K/C 1500. 1995. Manual V6, 4.3 liter i think maybe 4.0. The problem is this, i tried to start my truck one morning, and it wouldn’t start. i have power to my radio, i have power to my lights, but there is no starter craning. the starter is actually fairly new, i once had a problem with my started and i changed it, this happened like 3 years ago. now, i cant even get the starter to even crank. i went to a friend, and he said it is most likely the fusible link. i went to the auto parts store and they cant even tell me the type of link it is. they told me to find it, take it out and bring it to them. of which i tried, but i cant find the damn thing.
can someone tell me where i can find it, or maybe give me the link to a fairly good auto parts Manual/guide online? i just want to be able to fix my truck, i don’t want to bring it to a dealer cause they are to expensive.
also, when i called the auto parts store, they then gave me a few other things that can be wrong with my truck. maybe someone can tell me what other things i should look at?
Start for Web Hosting
Even for a layman , its important to know the concept of web hosting. Visiting any website shows a web page that is downloaded from the web server onto the user’s web browser. Generally, web site is made up of many web pages and web page is made up of texts and graphic images. Now these pages are then stored and made available for the visitors on web servers.
So for a layman if his intention is to have is own web site, then the first step would be owing a host provider so as to host the website on web server. As soon as the website is online on the server, online users can browse that website through Internet. All this job of providing host facility is with the providers called web-hosting providers.
Any established web hosting provider can host even thousands of websites example, iPowerWeb is a popular web hosting company that hosts websites in amounts of lakhs i.e. 3 lakhs. Due to this reason only these hosting companies needs large number of web servers for storing the website. Thereafter all these web servers are connected to Internet and are kept in a physical center ‘data center’. As these web servers needs to be fully operational all the time so data centers are made fully secure having 24/7 environment and given protection from fire, HVAC temperature control, virus detections, computer data backup, redundant power backup and complete disaster recovery capabilities.
Now after knowing what is web hosting it is also important to know the different types of web host which are summarized below:
Shared Hosting
As the name suggests, in shared hosting several websites share space on the common physical web servers. A physical web server can host thousands of websites at one time depending upon the web host. With so much pressure on web servers it tends to make one think that due to over burden perhaps the performance of web server gets affected. But that thinking is totally wrong as for this reason only web servers are equipped with high-end powerful computer so as to support large number of websites to some extent without any problem. However but it is even possible at time of over burden on web servers that the response is badly effected.
In order to get rid of this problem reputed and experienced host providers constantly keep on monitoring the performance of web servers and keeps on adding new web servers when and where required. As many websites share a same physical web server the cost is generally low with start from mere $5-$20 per month and they also have to accept slower server response time.
Dedicated Hosting
As against shared hosting, in dedicated hosting a specific web server is allotted to one customer only. Due to one server the customer is having option to host his single/multiple web sites, can modify the configuration of software, can handle greater site traffic and can even scale the bandwidth when it is taken as necessary. It is because of this facility that dedicated hosting charges good amount which starts from $50 and can range even upto$200 to $500 monthly. So dedicated hosting is regularly used by extremely important web sites having high traffic.
Co-location hosting
The only difference between dedicated hosting and co-location hosting is that here in this case customers can own the web server hardware whereas in case of dedicated hosting customers can just rent the web server during the hosting period. So Co-location hosting provides more flexibility to its customers in respect of control and maintainence. Here in this case 24/7 server monitoring is also possible which can evade the problem of slow response. Because of all above benefits co-location hosting charges good amount depending upon monthly bandwidth and rack space required which is as high as $500 – $1000 monthly.
Reseller hosting
The third type of hosting is reseller hosting where the provider offers web server storage space to third party at a discounted price, who again resell it to his own customer. Normally resellers include web consultants like web designers, developers or system Integration Company who after charging commission which is even upto 50%(taken as discount) can resell the web hosting. Resellers can set up their own hosting company and can decide for their own pricing structure with establishing their own branding.
In case of reseller hosting for reseller’s customers, the reseller is the web host provider. When some technical problem arises like down server or any access problem then in that case the resellers have to settle all with actual web host provider. However this is not the effective way as it leads to unnecessary waste of time due to various channels involved in the communication process like first customer contacts reseller and then reseller contacts actual web host provider and same is with the response it also comes back from the same process, so the problems pertains for a long time. Thus reseller hosting is not considered a good option unless user is having his own personal website or he is having an alternative for poor support from reseller.
Now with growing competition market is having abundant of resellers who are selling their services at a very low price. Due to this and other factors like even some web-hosting providers provide their own toll free numbers to their resellers for co-branded technical support, this makes the decision more difficult to choose which is the right choice.
Thus it is more important to act wisely and to not get attracted with marketing techniques employed by resellers like professional outlook of their website and other strategies like proving technical support in their own name which is actually provided by the provider and not by them but they tend to present it in such a way that they are providing that support.
The general distinguishing feature between resellers and hosting company is firstly the hosting price and secondly the company’s information including their balance sheet example iPowerWeb.com get their company’s information published where they mention their financial strength, their offices and highly equipped data centers. As against this resellers lack these assets and for price what they quote is generally below $5 per month whereas providers charge between $7 and $10.
Thus considering all these facts it can be concluded easily that due to a minute difference of several dollars one must not get struck in the web of resellers and must go for best facilities instead of getting harassment afterwards.
