PostHeaderIcon Whose Vehicle Fit Guide Do I Trust When Looking Online For If Car Speakers Fit In My Car??

I’ve been to many different websites that have the vehicle fit guide and ive gotten conflicting results. Ive been to crutchfield, the brands own site, and store sites. I dont want to order speakers online and have them not fit. Which should i hold most confidence in?? I asked a friend who said that most speakers can usually be modified to fit regardless if a website says so or not. I just want to be confident that if i do have to order online that they would be able to be installed. I could go to one site that says a pair doesnt fit, and another site says they will. Do i trust the brand’s site, store site, or a site like crutchfield that is an auto parts seller?? Also, would a professional installer be able to modify speakers to fit as long as they arent too deep or round?
